Class Schedule
We offer authentic Iyengar hatha yoga for beginners and general practitioners.
All new students to the school are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class starting. This is in order to register, advise the teacher of any injuries or ailments they are experiencing, as well as to settle down/transition from their 'busy' every day world to a calmer/balanced state of mind.

Introductory Course:
Recommended for ‘absolute beginners’ wanting to start their yoga journey with a solid foundation. Bookings are required as these courses are run in 6 week blocks - every Wednesday evening at 6:00pm.
The next course starting date is 30 April 2025. A minimum of 6 people are required for course to go ahead. For those not wanting to wait until then, please feel free to join the Monday 6pm classes. You will be welcome.

Pricing
$20.oo for a casual class. Please pay online before class or bring cash to class.
$225.00 for a 15 class card (non transferable & non refundable) . Card valid for 4 months.
$165.00 for a 10 class card (non transferable & non refundable) . Card valid for 3 months.
$90.oo for a 5 class card (non transferable & non refundable). Card valid for 2 months.
$150.00 for 6 week Introductory/Beginners course . BRING A FRIEND WITH YOU AND YOU EACH PAY $130.00 FOR THE COURSE INSTEAD OF $150.00
PLEASE NOTE: there is no EFTPOS facility at the school.

Introductory Course special
Bring a friend with you and you each pay $130 for the course instead of $150.
